Roast the seeds over medium flame and remove the outer skin.
Boil water in a pan with a little salt and add the roasted seeds to the water. Boil until the seeds are cooked. Remove from heat and cool the seeds.
Crush the seeds and keep aside.
Heat a pan over medium flame, Add oil.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
Add onion and salt and sauté over medium flame.
Add tomatoes, tumeric Powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook.
To this mixture add the crushed jackfruit seeds cook for a couple of minutes.
1 Cup – Jackfruit seeds
1/2 Tsp – Mustard seeds
1/2 Tsp – Cumin seeds
1/2 Cup – Diced Onions
1/2 Cup – Diced Tomato
1/2 Tsp – Coriander powder
1/4 Tsp – Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp – Red Chilli powder
2 Tsp – Oil
A few Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
