Preparation 1:

How to prepare Green Coffee using Green Coffee Whole Beans
Soak the green coffee beans in hot water overnight.

Next morning stir the concoction and bring it to boil on the stove. Once it reaches boiling point, reduce the flame and let it simmer in low heat for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

Once the mixture has been cooled strain the concoction and discard the beans.

Your healthy cup of green coffee is now ready! You can additionally flavour it with cardamom and add honey or sugar as sweeteners.

Since the process is time consuming you can make a large batch and store it in the refrigerator and use it for up to 3 days.

How to prepare Green Coffee using Ground Green Coffee Beans

Take the whole green coffee beans and grind or crush the beans. You can decide on either causing or grinding depending on how intense you want your cup of coffee.

The beans are extremely hard so you will have to grind them in a mill with rotating blades.

Boil 1 cup of water and pour it over the crushed or ground coffee beans in a cup.

Let the mixture start for approximately 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a fine strainer.

Your healthy cup of green coffee is now ready! You can additionally flavour it with cardamom and add honey or sugar as sweeteners.

Recommended Dosage: You can have 1 cup of green coffee after each meal for maximum benefits.
