Q. How do I place an order?

    You can order our products from our website or by calling our Customer Care number on +91-96863-30300 from Monday all the way through to Saturday between 10am to 5.30pm. Ordering online will simply require you to add the item to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, then your account will be created automatically. (see wholesale).

Q. Where do I buy your products?

    You can buy our products from our website.

Q. Can I purchase your products from outside India?

  • A.

    No. We currently do not process any international orders.

Q. Can I modify my order once I place it?

  • A.

    No. Once the order has been made, it is considered final.

Q. Do you give customers special discounts and coupons?

  • A.

    Yes. We offer our customers different promotions which we announce on our website and newsletter, as well as on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

    Orders normally take between 2-3 days from the time of placement. In an ideal scenario, it should take between seven and ten working days for you to receive your order.

Q. Can I have my order expedited or delivered even quicker?

  • A.

    E We can do our best to accommodate such a request but that will attract some extra shipping costs. The least amount of time that an order should take to reach a customer is between 2-3 days. You can try to get your order in as early as possible.

Q. How do I know the exact amount of money to pay for shipping?

    R Shipping costs are ordinarily calculated by weight and distance. Mostly we useBluedart or DTDC.

Returning an Item

Q. Do you accept product returns or exchanges?

    W Yes we do. Our desire is that our customers will be satisfied with the products we offer them. Any defective product should be returned with the original purchase receipt. In the event you may need to return one of our products, then please contact us and supply the following information:

    • The name of the product
    • A photograph of the damaged product
    • A copy of the original receipt
    • The product lot number
    • The expiry date of the product/li>
    • The number at the bottom of the packaging bag in the event that it was damaged

Q. What is a superfood?

    According to our definition, a super food is a fruit or vegetable packed with nutrients like proteins, antioxidants, omega-3, minerals, vitamins and other vital nutrients with proven health benefits.”

    Nutritional density implies the ratio of calories to essential micronutrients that are important for good overall health and well-being. Most of the nutrient dense foods are rich in these micronutrients and low on calories.

Q. Are your products obtained in raw form?

    We have done our best to ensure that the super foods we offer have gone through the least amount of processing in order to preserve the essential nutrients. We can confidently say that our foods are “raw” since they have not been processed in temperatures higher than 115°F to maintain the nutritional integrity of these products.

Storage

Q. What is the average shelf life for your products?

  • A.

    Most of the products we sell have an average shelf life of 6 months. Anyone buying our products can always check the expiry date of the product at the back of the bag.

Q. Do I need to refrigerate your products?

  • A.

    Our products do not need any refrigeration. You will only need to store them in a dry, cool place.

Q. Can I safely consume your products after the expiry date?

  • A.

    Our products are normally dried or freeze-dried. However, they significantly decrease in flavor and potency beyond the expiry date, so we do not recommend our customers to use them after expiry.

Q. Your bags sometimes come with pouches. What are they for?

  • A.

    These pouches usually absorb oxygen and moisture to keep our products fresh. The substances in these pouches cannot bring any harm once accidentally consumed. The 1/3 gram of chelated carbon absorbs the oxygen and the silica gel absorbs moisture.
