Return and refund policies for online purchases
At Eternal Naturals, our desire is to have happy and satisfied customers. If for some reason you receive a product and are not pleased with it, then you can return the unused or defective product as soon as possible for a full refund of the initial purchase price. The credit card with which you made the purchase will also be credited back.
Prior to returning the product, please talk to us first so that we can give you an RMA number. Unless the product has a defect, then we will not accept it if it is already used. Any item that is returned 30 days post purchase will be subject to a reduced refund.
Returns for Internet Purchases
At the front of the slip, which comes enclosed within the packaging, please indicate the RMA number, your reason for returning the product, and also if you would like to replace the product, credit your purchase to another product, or get a refund.
Write your RMA number in large text outside the package and enclose the slip within the item and have it prepaid to the following address:

- Goods returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Store Purchase Returns
In order to return store bought purchases, only the item and the purchase receipt are required. You will get a full refund for any defective or unused item.
Online orders for Eternal Naturals are only possible for addresses within India. The products will be made available to the buyer in a span of between seven and ten working days. Any order made before noon will be shipped to the owner on the next working day. Orders made past 3pm on Saturday are usually processed on the next Monday.
